TENA VALLEY (Huesca)
The Tena Valley is a Pyrenees valley located in the Aragonese region of Alto Gállego. It is crossed north to south by the Gállego River and is one of the most extensive and most populated valleys in the Pyrenees. It covers around 400 km² and ranges from an altitude of 600 metres at its lowest point to over 3000 metres with many of its peaks (Balaitus, Gran Facha, Argualas and the Picos del Infierno). It also has two large reservoirs: Lanuza y and Búbal. Formigal Panticosa Ski Resort, Panticosa Spa, Tena Valley Zipline and the Artouste Train in France are "musts" in this area.
